Over Lord is a Security + Automation Platform for Discord. We collect only the data needed to run dashboard features, automation tools, moderation workflows, premium access, security alerts, audit logs, and Credential Guard protections.
What We May Store
- Discord user IDs, server IDs, role IDs, and channel IDs.
- Usernames, server names, dashboard settings, and configuration.
- Moderation cases, ticket records, announcements, giveaways, and support reports.
- Premium status, entitlement records, and dashboard activity.
- Security events, audit logs, failed access attempts, and Credential Guard incident metadata.
What We Do Not Intentionally Store
- Full Discord tokens.
- Full leaked credentials or passwords.
- Payment card numbers.
- Private message content unrelated to enabled Over Lord features.
- Credential values for resale, profiling, or advertising.
What Credential Guard does.
Credential Guard scans messages in servers where Over Lord has permission to read message content. It looks for token-like patterns, Discord webhook URLs, API-key-like secrets, risky domains, phishing indicators, and token-grabber style links.
Credential Guard May
- Detect risky credential-like content.
- Delete or block dangerous messages when enabled.
- Alert server staff or developers.
- Notify affected users with safety guidance.
- Store metadata such as time, server ID, channel ID, user ID, detection type, and action taken.
- Mask or avoid storing full credential values whenever possible.
Credential Guard Does Not
- Intentionally collect or save full Discord tokens.
- Recover compromised accounts.
- Guarantee every malicious link or leaked credential will be detected.
- Replace two-factor authentication or safe account practices.
- Sell credential or security event data.
Why Data Is Stored
Data is stored to provide dashboard features, server automation, moderation tools, premium access, security alerts, audit trails, incident response, analytics, backups, and support workflows.
Data Sharing
Over Lord does not sell user data. Data may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect the platform, respond to abuse, or support server administrators using Over Lord.
Data Removal
Server owners or authorized administrators may request removal of stored server configuration or support data where reasonably possible. Some audit and security records may be retained for abuse prevention and platform integrity.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
