By using Over Lord, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only in Discord servers where you have permission to add, configure, or manage the bot.
Platform Purpose
Over Lord provides security, automation, moderation, analytics, ticketing, announcements, giveaways, backups, audit logging, and Credential Guard tools for Discord communities.
Security Features
Security tools may include Credential Guard, anti-scam detection, moderation filters, audit logs, alerts, incident tracking, threat intelligence, and Security Operations Center features.
Important Security Notice
Over Lord helps reduce risk, but no security system can guarantee complete protection. Server owners and staff remain responsible for permissions, account safety, two-factor authentication, server configuration, and safe community practices.
Allowed Use
- Managing servers you own or are authorized to administer.
- Using automation and security tools to protect communities.
- Reviewing audit logs, incidents, tickets, giveaways, announcements, and analytics for legitimate operations.
Prohibited Use
- Using Over Lord to harass, spam, exploit, or abuse users.
- Attempting to evade Discord rules, security systems, or platform restrictions.
- Using security tools to collect, expose, or misuse credentials.
- Interfering with Over Lord services, dashboards, APIs, or infrastructure.
Premium Features
Premium features may include advanced automation, analytics, SOC tools, threat intelligence, incident response, premium dashboard modules, and priority support. Features may change as Over Lord evolves.
Availability
We try to keep Over Lord reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, changed, limited, or removed when needed.
Limitation of Liability
Over Lord is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses, damages, missed detections, Discord outages, server misconfiguration, compromised accounts, or third-party actions.

Server Entitlements
Premium subscriptions, including Lifetime Premium+, are granted to eligible Discord servers through Discord's entitlement system. Premium features are associated with the entitled server rather than any individual member, except where a feature explicitly states otherwise.
Lifetime Premium+ Terms
Lifetime Premium+ is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium+ features for a single Discord server for the lifetime of the Over Lord service, subject to these Terms of Service.
What "Lifetime" Means
- "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Over Lord service and Premium+ product, not the lifetime of any individual, Discord account, Discord server, or organization.
- Lifetime Premium+ is intended for one Discord server at a time unless Over Lord officially provides a transfer feature.
- Lifetime access is provided through Discord's App Subscription and entitlement systems or any successor system designated by Over Lord.
Included Benefits
- Access to all Premium+ features available for the purchased tier.
- Future updates and improvements to Premium+ released during the lifetime of the service.
- Server-wide Premium+ benefits for eligible members of the entitled Discord server.
Transfers & Ownership
- Lifetime purchases are intended for the server to which the entitlement is assigned.
- Lifetime purchases may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without written authorization from Over Lord.
- If Discord introduces platform-supported transfer mechanisms in the future, Over Lord may support them at its discretion.
Refunds
- Refund requests are governed by Discord's purchase policies and any applicable consumer protection laws.
- Except where required by law or processed through Discord's official refund process, Lifetime purchases are generally considered final.
Platform Changes
- If Discord changes or retires App Subscriptions, SKUs, entitlements, or related commerce features, Over Lord may migrate Lifetime customers to an equivalent entitlement system where reasonably possible.
- Equivalent replacement benefits may differ in implementation while remaining substantially similar in functionality.
Termination
- Lifetime Premium+ does not guarantee perpetual operation of the Over Lord service.
- If the service is permanently discontinued, acquired, or legally required to cease operation, Lifetime benefits end when the service ends.
- Over Lord reserves the right to suspend or revoke Premium benefits for fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, abuse, attempts to circumvent licensing systems, or material violations of these Terms.
Limitation
- Premium features may evolve over time as the platform grows.
- Specific features may be modified, replaced, or retired to improve security, reliability, or compatibility.
- Over Lord will make reasonable efforts to maintain equivalent Premium+ value throughout the lifetime of the service.
By purchasing Lifetime Premium+, you acknowledge and agree to these additional Lifetime Premium+ Terms.
Availability & Beta Features
Over Lord is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, emergency repairs, security events, or third-party outages (including Discord services) may temporarily interrupt functionality.
- Over Lord is not responsible for downtime caused by Discord, hosting providers, internet service providers, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
- Certain features may be labeled Beta, Preview, Experimental, or Early Access. These features may change, be replaced, or be removed without prior notice.
- We may temporarily disable or restrict features when necessary to maintain security, stability, or platform integrity.
Automated Analysis
Certain Over Lord features may utilize automated systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence, reputation services, threat intelligence feeds, heuristic detection, or other security technologies to help identify phishing attempts, malicious links, compromised credentials, suspicious behavior, or other security-related events.
- These systems are intended to assist administrators and moderators and should not be considered professional cybersecurity, legal, compliance, or forensic advice.
- No automated detection system can guarantee the identification or prevention of every threat, attack, scam, or malicious activity.
- Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when acting upon recommendations or alerts generated by Over Lord.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Over Lord, its owners, developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the service.
- This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, Discord platform outages, account compromise, moderation decisions, server configuration errors, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or other consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
- Users acknowledge that they use Over Lord at their own discretion and accept the inherent risks associated with online platforms and third-party services.
